The design approach was to give the villas an expansive look inside and a quaint and casually formal feel outside. This development hopes to be a precedent for other developments in the area.

The design of the house gives the resident the opportunity to enjoy their surroundings and the outdoors with a lanai for entertaining on the
ground floor adjoining the dining room and a large balcony on the second floor. 

Each house comes with a covered carport together with areas of laundry and services.  This is a minimally space planned house meant to utilize every available space for comfort and practicality without compromising it’s beauty and appearance.

As a matter of fact the house is even more enhanced by the seeming country style design and a steep roof pitch to make sure it weathers well against impending storms.
